HACHIKO

just got to know about this movie few days back when i was reading Xiaxue's blog when she blogged about Japan trip and went to Shibuya Station. heeee. thanks alot! hahaha asked my friend to download this movie and only get to watch it now after my 5 horror papers!!

hachi is the name of the dog~~

 so adorable!!

this story is based on a true story back in the 1930s that happened in Japan. A remake was made and released in 2009 but it was only released late October this year in Malaysia. The story goes like this, (no spoiler no worries) in Bedridge, Professor Parker Wilson finds an abandoned dog at the train station and takes it home with the intention of returning the animal to its owner. He finds that the dog is an Akita and names it Hachiko. However, nobody claims the dog so his family decides to keep Hachi and the story goes on.

hachi and his master.

i knew the story line even before i watched it so i would expect myself to cry when watching this movie. but ... i cried like MADDDDDDD! serious mad and its not just tears falling but its just like Justin's song, "cry me a river" hahaha okay that was too exaggerated maybe one whole bucket?

i love to watch this type of movies and i remembered last time when i was young and was watching movie (this kind of touching movie) with my mom and i cried (but of course she didn't see me crying) and i saw her crying so she said, why are you so feeling-less? u wont cry even if you watch this kind of movies? LOL of course i didn't tell her i DID cry so she just assumed that im a person who wont cry if i were to watch this type of movies hahahaha

anyway 3 of us was watching this movie together, sandy, ling ling and myself. and as usual, ling ling is the kind that wont cry no matter what happens hahaha the other day we watched one tsunami movie or something, tears was about to roll down when we heard her yawning DURING THE CLIMAX OF THE MOVIE and so our tears sucked back in! hahhaha and yes she yawned AGAIN while watching this movie. so when it was about to reach the climax (i told her im gonna cry soon hahaha) she went to play with her laptop left sandy and i alone there watching AND crying. guess she doesnt want to spoil our crying mood hahaha then after a while she came back saw us with tears hahha. she kept saying its saddd, but the movie is too slow = =.

the hachiko bronze statue at the Shibuya Station in memorial of Hachiko.

and that was the end of the story. the story may be boring to some of you as it may seem to repeat the same routine each and every time, but to me it was a great movie. this movie simply shows us the meaning of faithfulness. indeed, dogs are mens best friend.

i rate this movie 5/5! (maybe because i cried so much in the movie so i decided to give it a rating of 5!)

(:

go watch it for yourself if you haven't watch it. the definition of faithfulness can be seen from this movie. its awesome and suits everyone! or if you think you need to cry but u can't seem to cry out/have no reason to cry but u want to cry (psychotic hahaha) then this movie is for you!
